We at Willis Automotive are committed to the health and safety of our employees, their families, and our guests. Please take comfort in knowing we are doing everything possible, in the face of the unprecedented COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak, to mitigate the risk at our stores. 

We remain open at the current time. Our hours are as follows:

Sales department hours: We have returned to normal operating hours while maintaining safety precautions, due to increased demand. Monday, Wednesday, & Thursday, 8:00am to 8:00pm, Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm, Saturday 9:00am – 5:00pm.

Service department hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 5:30pm. We have reopened our Saturday Service option.

As of mid-May, we have returned to 100% staffing levels in all departments due to an increase in demand. We continue to follow the safety precautions highlighted below and are closely monitoring all federal and state guidelines for safe business operations.

As an added assurance to our guests, Willis Automotive is committed to the following practices including, but not limited to:

  • Offering guests the use of protective masks and allowing guests to require staff they interact with to also wear protective face masks. Masks are available at all reception areas.
  • Increasing the frequency of regular cleaning and wipe-down of building door handles, seating areas, etc
  • Self-service coffee machines have been replaced by admin staff, wearing gloves and using disposable cups, operating on behalf of the guests
  • Removal of communal snacks from our guest-facing waiting areas
  • Banning internal meetings of more than 10 people, using our internal Google-based systems for necessary meetings
  • Limiting our internal shuttle service used for employee transportation to 5 persons per trip
  • Discouraging unnecessary travel between buildings/dealerships to limit the possibility of spread
  • Encouraging more frequent hand washing by our employees, but especially before and after guest and co-worker interaction
  • Offering a welcoming, friendly greeting in lieu of our tradition of shaking hands with guests to protect both the health of the guest and the employee
  • Encouraging any ill or symptomatic Willis Automotive employees to stay home from work, and if necessary, self-quarantine
  • Encouraging proper disposal of facial tissues
  • Placing hand sanitizer throughout our reception areas
  • Continuing the practice in our service departments of covering guest steering wheels and driver’s seats with protective plastic prior to entering

We are taking these steps to ensure that Willis Automotive continues to provide the Ultimate Guest Experience during your sales or service visits to our locations while protecting you, our guests, employees, and business partners. This remains our top priority.
