Eligible School/Degree Programs: An Eligible School is an accredited school in the 50 United States, U.S. Virgin Islands or Puerto Rico. An Eligible Degree is defined as one of the following from/with an Eligible School: A. A four year undergraduate degree from a college, university or a registered nursing program; or B. A two year associate or undergraduate degree from a community college, junior college or technical college or university; or C. A two year trade or vocational degree or certification; or D. Current enrollment in a graduate school degree program. 2. Eligible Degree Status: A. You are currently enrolled in a graduate degree program from an Eligible School; or B. You have already obtained an Eligible Degree from an Eligible School within two calendar years prior to signing your lease contract through your dealer and Lexus Financial Services (LFS). C. You will obtain an Eligible Degree from an Eligible School within six months after signing your lease contract through your dealer and LFS.

All participating Lexus Dealers serviced by a LFS DSSO / DFT. CCC dealers are not eligible. Customer must meet all the following requirements: 1. Customer must be approved for credit by, and Finance a New Lexus or L/Certified vehicle through participating Lexus Dealer and LFS. 2. Must be in current active duty status in the U.S. Military (Navy, Army, Air Force, Marines, National Guard, Coast Guard and active Reserve) OR a U.S. Military inactive reserves (I.e., Ready Reserve) that are part of the Individual Read Reserve, Selected Reserve and Inactive National Guard; OR 3. An honorably discharged veteran of the U.S. Military within two calendar years of their discharge date; OR 4. A retired U.S. Military veteran, regardless of the date of separation from active service; OR 5. Household member of an eligible U.S. Military personnel, including Gold Star members; AND 6. Provide verifiable proof of military status or proof of active service, required at time of purchase, in the form of one of the following documentation: * Leave and Earnings Statement * Military Identification Card (Please do not send photo copy to LFS) * Veterans / Retirees DD Form 214 7. Must receive a salary sufficient to cover ordinary living expenses and vehicle payments

Limited Credit defined as not currently past due on any tradelines AND zero major derogs (never 60 past due or higher, no charge-offs, collections, repossessions or foreclosures ever) AND 0-3 trade lines OR credit bureau report file in 12 months or less. Verifiable Proof of Employment, Proof of Income, Proof of Residence, and Proof of Insurance are required. This information should be submitted to Credit via the Credit Stipulation Upload feature. Valid Social Security numbers (via visa) should be retained by the dealer in the deal jacket and should not be submitted to LFS. The Eligible Work visa type must be provided by the applicants work contract documentation (if available) and documented by the dealer under the dealer chat function. Additionally, copy of eligible visa must be kept in dealer file and is subject to audit by LFS.

Group Affiliation: Military

The customer must provide proof of being a current owner or lessee of any Lexus model; lease a new eligible model through a participating Lexus dealership; trade-in of current vehicle is not required.

Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., and its respective parent companies, divisions, affiliations, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, representatives, agents and employees, and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such officers, directors, representatives, agents and employees are not eligible to redeem this certificate.

Not all applicants will qualify. This certificate is transferable within a customer's immediate family (spouse or children) residing at the same address. Limit one certificate per any new Lexus.
